    We arrived to the facility with my family, after a long flight, took keys from the key box on the street, entered the room to find out there was another family there. There was an overbooking and we were refused the stay. Therenting company refused to admit that they were wrong and did not help us with finding another option - it was a Sunday afternoon in the middle of July so 99% of places in Fuengirola were already booked.

    I needed this

    Location, access fob system much better than phone based one used on a different apartment previously.

    We managed with only one set of keys but if more than 2 sharing apartment I can see it being an issue, really minor surprise that there was no pizza cutter.

    A nice appartment near the beach and restaurants which is great for one or two people.

    The location was very good. The apartment was on the last floor which was great as nobody was above me. The apartment had been recently renovated. It was a quiet building.

    The people running the management company for this appartment were incredibly difficult to join the few times I needed them. And not proactive at solving issues. The couch and the bed were uncomfortable. They only provide fresh sheets and towels every 15 days despite being told it would be every week.
