  Very disappointing stay due to poor communication, delayed check-in, and unresolved air-conditioning

  I was extremely disappointed with my stay at LXR Puebloblanco 2HAB Cerca del mar, mainly because of the way the property management handled basic issues and communication. I arrived at around 7:00 a.m. and fully understood that the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m. I only tried to contact the property in advance to ask whether the apartment might be available earlier. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult, as I could not get clear answers in English and received confusing and misleading information. More importantly, when 3:00 p.m. — the agreed check-in time — finally arrived, I was then told that the apartment was still not ready and that I should come back at 4:00 p.m. The bigger problem was the air conditioning and ventilation. There is only one A/C unit for the entire apartment, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The ceiling fan in the room where I was sleeping did not work. I contacted the person responsible for the property, but communication was again extremely difficult, and I was repeatedly told that it was not her responsibility and that I should speak to the office. When I contacted the office, the response was essentially that they would “see what they could do,” but that this was simply the situation. I very reasonably asked them either to repair the fan or provide a portable fan. They initially said they would take care of it, but nobody came. I even sent them a video showing that the fan was not working. After the first day, they stopped responding altogether despite my calls and messages. To make matters worse, the main A/C also repeatedly stopped working during the night, meaning I had to wake up, get out of bed and manually turn it back on. In the summer heat, this made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The location itself was convenient for me, but unfortunately that was completely overshadowed by the overall experience. Problems can happen in any property; what matters is how management responds.

  Bien perp necesita mejorar algunas cosas

  El apartamento está bien para 3 personas...para mas no. La ubicación es buena y la zona es animada. Esta limpio en general. Rapida solucion a un probelmacon el aire acondicionado/ bomba calor.

  El termo del agua caliente no da para dos duchas rápidas. La cocina mejor nonusarla proque no hay extractor. Hay 4 tramos de escaleras para llegar al apartamento y eso no lo avisa en ningún sitio. La ropa de cama limpia, pero la de reserva.. sucia...el niño vomito y tuve q cambiar el nordico y el que había de repuesto no era ni amarillo...era marrón y olía a polvo.
