Boa opção
Boa localização, a 400 m de uma estação do metro; região ao redor um pouco deteriorada, mas não passou sensação de insegurança. O studio é amplo, cama e chuveiro confortáveis, há um espaço com forno de microondas, pratos, talheres, cafeteira Nespresso. Anfitriã deixou instruções precisas para o check in e checkout.
Elevador lento, muito pequeno.

Good value close to Athens, attentive host
So when we arrived our bathroom had some leaking issue, I let the host know, not to complain because it was just a little water. But Vivianne immediately offered to change our rooms to even a better one.
They were working the floor below us, so after 9 am there was constant noise. That is obviously not the host fault, and 9am was not the worst hour. But we were still getting ready and could barely talk to eachother.

Supervivencia
La reserva iba del 27 al 31 pero tuvimos que recortarla. La anfitriona tuvo total empatía con nosotros cuando le dijimos que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y estabamos pasando un calor extremo que no nos dejaba descansar bien. La tercera noche nos cambiamos a un hotel y nos devolvió el dinero del 50% de la reserva, el tiempo que no habíamos usado su alojamiento. La nevera también enfriaba muy bien.
La habitación estaba bien de tamaño pero la cama era muy incomoda, sumado al mal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado pasamos un calor muy duro que no nos dejó descansar bien 2 de las 4 noches que teniamos de reserva, la conclusión fue cambiarnos a un hotel en la tercera noche. Además, nos daba mucho respeto el ascensor del edificio ya que es antiguo, las puertas de este se cierran una vez el ascensor se ha puesto en funcionamiento, hay que tener mucho cuidado ya que si te despistas podrías perder cualquiar cosa o incluso alguna extremidad.
