    Отличное место

    Чисто, уютно. Помещения оформлены со вкусом. Есть все необходимое, вплоть до мелочей. Прекрасный вид с балкона.

    За прекрасный вид приходится платить не очень удобным расположением. Дом расположен достаточно высоко - добираться было трудно сначала. Впрочем, мы быстро нашли правильный маршрут.

    Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless clean, very welcoming, and incredibly cozy, with a magnificent view. If you want to experience a traditional Greek apartment, this place is a perfect choice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Even if you're not a beachgoer, you can spend hours on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view. I was initially worried about parking, but it turned out to be very easy—there was usually a spot somewhere along the street, and quite often we found one right in front of the building. The city center is about a 30-minute walk away. The beach just below the apartment was decent, but we explored the coast by car and found a fantastic beach about 10 minutes away at Vranas Resort, which I would also recommend. I would absolutely love to stay here again next time I'm in Kavala!
