Enjoyed my stay here, very conveniently located and great service staff.
The service staff were great, very helpful, especially Michelle and Cheryl. The location is also excellent to get around Shibuya but yet slightly on the quieter side of Shibuya.
The basic rooms are indeed quite small, very little room to move around. Appreciate having laundry facilities, but the layout can be improved with better signage as I could not quite locate the dryer above the washing machine. Clearer signage would help!

Fantastic central location and well thought through room design.
Rooms are small but that is common for Japan. I had a double for 1 person- I think it would have felt crowded for 2
