  Very dated Entrance to block stinks of cigarette smoke Noisy doors and handles wake other occupants if using bathroom at night No curtains and blinds did not block out light. Only 1 toilet roll supplied Said toiletries supplied but only shampoo and tiny amount of hand soap in bathroom TV had not been checked and was plugged into wrong outlet on wall so no Freeview channels were available until we worked this out for ourselves. No TV instructions.

  Cleanliness Issues but Good Resolution

  Unfortunately nothing

  We arrived at the apartment and quickly noticed several cleanliness issues — dust on sockets, the toilet and sink, and an oven that still had burnt food inside. There were also holes in the walls that had been filled but never painted over, and overall the place felt quite rundown despite the listing claiming the owners take pride in guest comfort. After speaking with the owner, we decided not to stay. She was understanding and offered to refund the full amount, which we appreciated.

  Brilliant stay , hair in the plug in the bath and oven wasn’t clean it had grease and crumbs inside

  It was a great location for visiting family

  Lovely and clean apartment just a short walk from Liverpool South Park Way station.

  I was contacted by the host with a very precise message with all the details I needed. It was very convenient as I revisited the message multiple times when I was unsure of something so it was handy having all the information in one place rather than having to message the host or find the information back on the website. The apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly located for visiting a friend. It was only a 20 minute walk from Liverpool South Park Way station which was handy with some local shops to grab anything you needed for your stay. I completely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Liverpool. We took an Uber into town which wasn’t too expensive either. There was a cute high street/Village which had some nice looking restaurants/cafes and takeaways which were only a short walk away. We will be returning again as this was perfect for 3 of us visiting our friend.

  It can’t be changed, but a warning if your are not the most mobile, you’ll find the flights of stairs an exercise routine when carrying your case up and down. Other than that, it was a delightful stay.
