    disappointing - when you are travelling for business, you need things to work

    the staff were polite and helpful

    - the room safe did not work - the room telephone did not work - one of the bedside lights did not work - the wifi only worked properly on one of the two nights I stayed there (it was very weak the other night) - there were dead insects in the room
