    The hotel looks new and it is clean, the bed is big and the staff is great

    The humidity smell from the bathroom is bad and stays in the towels !! I was given the room by the reception (!!!!!) so I heard every conversation and traffic from people passing by checking in and out, very noisy room for the price..They provide a small kitchen inside the room but the cooking ustensiles are far too poor and were all dirty and no sponge or dish liquid to clean them..

    Good place to stay because of location if traveling with family

    The location is perfect. Near to a mall, crepes & waffles, Andrés DC, main street. 20 mins walking distance to Provenza, Poblado park and Manila. I recommend it if you are traveling with family, since it is not around bars. The room decor is really nice, bed really good and a/c.

    Breakfast: Good but cold and only 3 same options everyday. Noise: Our room was next to reception, so it was very noise even late night when people arrived and were out-loud talking with receptionist, etc. Clean: Although they changed towels everyday, the room was never actually cleaned.
