    Although we booked this cruise we were moved to tulip cruise. It was a new one.

    It’s not worth the money. I would rather recommend doing a day trip instead. The stay wasn’t very relaxing, as the staff constantly tried to sell us drinks and extras that weren’t included in the package. We found this quite annoying and it took away from the overall experience.

    ESTAFA Y MENTIRAS CONTINUAS: Arruinaron el día más esperado de nuestro viaje, todo mal Si estáis pensando en contratar este crucero por la bahía de Ha Long / Lan Ha, NO LO HÁGAIS. Ha sido, con diferencia, la peor experiencia de todas nuestras vacaciones y una estafa en toda regla. Contratamos y pagamos por un barco de categoría superior (nivel top) y, sin previo aviso ni explicación, nos metieron en un barco de categoría medio-baja que no tenía nada que ver con lo que nos habían vendido. Al quejarnos por semejante engaño, jugaron con nosotros para callarnos: nos prometieron el reembolso del 30% y que las bebidas durante la travesía corrían por su cuenta para compensar el desastre. La realidad fue aún peor. Aunque sí aplicaron el 30%, nos cobraron hasta el último céntimo de las bebidas descontándolo directamente de la compensación. Al final, no solo terminamos perdiendo dinero, sino que se rieron en nuestra cara. El problema no es solo el dinero, es que era la actividad que con más ilusión esperábamos de todo el viaje a Vietnam y la convirtieron en una pesadilla de frustración, mentiras y falta total de profesionalidad. Son unos mentirosos y unos estafadores. Buscad cualquier otra opción y no tiréis vuestro dinero ni vuestro tiempo con esta gente.
