    Lovely and comfortable stay with central location

    The location was fantastic and easy to access the town and roads to the coast too. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, the room service was a lovely surprise as I had been on the road all day and didn’t want to go out so I got restaurant food without leaving my room

    Shocking and humiliating treatment — judged on an offensive assumption and had my booking cancelled

    Before I arrived, the hotel called to question why I was booking a room when I already lived in the same shire. I explained that I was spending the night with my partner — we had a rare night without the kids and simply wanted to enjoy some quality time together. Despite my explanation, they made the incredibly insulting assumption that I was a prostitute and cancelled my booking. I tried to explain that this was absolutely not the case, but they cancelled it anyway. I was shocked, embarrassed and honestly disgusted by the way I was treated. Being a local resident booking a hotel room with my partner should not result in being judged or accused of something like this. It was completely inappropriate and a very upsetting experience.

    Alles bestens!

    Dank unerwartetem Upgrade hatten wir ein Appartement, in dem man bestens länger hätte bleiben wollen! Inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Spülmaschine. Außerdem waren wir dankbar für die Heizung im Schlafzimmer, denn es war sehr kalt draußen (nachts nur 6°C).
