    Patogi vieta - pusvalandis iki centro pėsčiomis. Uždarame kiemelyje galima palikti mašiną ( įeina į kainą). Švarus, jaukus, studijos tipo butas, yra visi reikalingi patogumai + įvairios malonios smulkmenos (šampūnai, dušo želė, dantų pasta, skalbimo priemonės,virtuvėje - kava, arbata, saldainiai, net makaronų palikta tiems, kas nespėjo į parduotuvę iš vakaro:). Yra kondicionierius.
