This is a nice apartment that is true to the description and photos online. It appears to have been recently renovated and was very clean, bright and airy. Quiet location across the road from Inselwall park and the Oker River. Nice views of the park and river from the living room windows. Building neighbors were quiet and not disruptive to the stay. Kitchen has a small stovetop and a microwave/convection oven combo, with all implements necessary to cook for a small group. Television worked, with a great selection of channels. Comfortable beds and bedding. Comfortable couch in the living room. Adequate towels for the number of people staying; though, if you use more than the minimum of towels, bring a few extra with you. There is a clothes washing machine and drying rack. Seven minutes walk to two different supermarkets, one of which was by a tram stop serving multiple city quarters. Two minutes walk to a bus stop that serves all bus lines on the ring road. Twenty minute walk to the Altsdadt area with a wide variety of activities, museums and eating options. Bakeries and several restaurants within a five to ten minute walk from the apartment. Parking spot is in the back. Recommend taking the time to back into the spot, which will make departing much easier and safer. Parking spot is sufficient for small to medium vehicles. If you have a very large van or SUV type vehicle, care should be taken to assess access prior to parking. Review is based on a week and a half occupancy. Great place and would stay there a second time, if in the area again. Property manager was easy to work with and responsive.
