  Lovely little apartment in Koper, great location right next to the main square and lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

  Highly recommended

  If you're considering trip to Koper, you couldn't find better apartment than this one. Literally everything was just perfect, the owner is so nice and you get contact whenever you need. Also, He gave us many helpful instructions so check in and check out were easy. Whole apartment is very pretty, beds are comfortable and the balcony- is absolutely magical (and private). The parking is around 8 minutes slow walk from the apartment, and while this walking you can see beauty of this town, because flat is located in a close center. About the location, you just get beach, bars, restaurants and shops very closely, less than 10 minutes on feet. I'll definitely come back there because I travel a lot and I've never been so enchanted by any hotel before. Thank you a lot:)

  Located right in the city center (only 10 meters from the main square) Close to everything (grocery store, ice cream parlor, cafés, shops, restaurants, market, sea) The host is immediately accessible and extremely helpful (he was also very informative regarding questions about checking into the apartment) Lovely little balcony (even though there is practically nothing to see beyond the roof tiles of the surrounding buildings) Cleanliness Includes a free, gated parking spot in the price Very expensive relative to its amenities and comfort Overall, it is a cozy, adequate accommodation if you do not have high expectations (and if only 2 people rent it). Being located in a charming old building adds a lot to the overall atmosphere.

  Quite cramped for 4 people One of the double beds is located in the combined kitchen/living area There is no air conditioning in the only bedroom, making it quite stuffy; however, opening the door eliminates all privacy (in the case of 4 guests) The shower tray is poorly designed, so you have to use tricks to keep the entire bathroom floor from flooding Very little storage space (wardrobes/cabinets), which significantly reduces comfort, especially when more than 2 people are staying in the apartment The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are not of great quality In typical "American" fashion, there is only one large top sheet/duvet cover per double bed (rather than two separate covers or blankets), which I think a lot of people dislike Getting up to the 3rd floor is a bit tight and steep via the staircase, especially the final section The free parking provided by the accommodation is quite far away, about a 10-minute walk (though fortunately, you can temporarily park near the main square to unload your luggage), and it is a crowded, gravel-surfaced public lot

  Für 1.017 € bei sechs Nächten würden wir diese Unterkunft aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht erneut buchen.

  Positiv ist, dass die Unterkunft grundsätzlich eine gute Lage hat.

  Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt deutlich enttäuscht. Bei 1.017 € für sechs Nächte haben wir eine wesentlich bessere Ausstattung und einen höheren Komfort erwartet. Die 35 m² waren zwar angegeben, allerdings war die Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt sehr beengt. Es gab kaum Stauraum und praktisch keine Ablageflächen. Durch die räumliche Situation war es schwierig, entspannt zu essen oder vernünftig zu kochen. Auch die Möbel empfanden wir als eher unpraktisch und unbequem. Hinzu kamen mehrere konkrete Mängel: Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das Wasser lief beim Duschen über, eine Türklinke fiel heraus und die Armatur war unpraktisch angebracht. Außerdem war der Balkon durch die Klimaanlage deutlich lärmbelastet und daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Auch der Zugang über das Treppenhaus ist insbesondere für ältere Personen problematisch. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Bei diesem Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Komfort, Funktionalität und Pflege der Ausstattung erwartet.
