    Balkoniņš ar skatu uz Vodna kalnu un Milenium krustu. Pieejams pilnīgi viss nepieciešamais ikdienas dzīvošanai: trauki, veļas mašīna, gludeklis utt. Dzīvoklī ir kondicionieris. Viesistabā iespējams pieklusināts apgaismojums.

    Parcarea in fata blocului,la scara,loc rezervat,dar neacoperita

    Este intr- o zona unde se construiește,e ingust pentru a parca o mașină combi, paturile lasa de dorit, lustrele pline de praf. Plata se face la locație,iar daca nu aveti fix, restul se lasa asteptat Noi asteptam rest de o săptămână.
