Nothing
The heating does not work. There is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. There is no dedicated parking space as advertised; instead, you have to search for a spot within the complex. The property is managed by an unprofessional individual—for instance, He did not request copies of our passports either before or upon our arrival. Furthermore, He repeatedly sent messages in the middle of the night, using a blunt and rude tone. He also requested a bank transfer for tax fees but failed to provide all the necessary details required to complete the transaction.
