    More or less nice stay, good location, wear and tear visible.

    The apartment is on a good location - small street next to a park. Groceries and cafes are in a walking distance. The layout of the apartment is nice - living room with a kitchen (yet feel like two zones) and a separate bedroom.

    The building is old and you can feel it in the entry. Also, note that the apartment is on the first floor and below most probably is basement - bring warm socks or slippers - even at the end of the summer feet were freezing.
