    Sonniges, sauberes und ruhiges Appartement direkt am Strand mit Pool auf 2 Etagen

    Moderne komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler incl. Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Balkon und Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Nachts sehr ruhig. Stabile schnelle Internetverbindung. Angenehmer Mix aus verkauften Wohnungen (Dauerbewohner) und vermieteten Wohnungen. Nur 100 Meter zum Strand. Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge auf der Dachterrasse. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe per WhatsApp und Schlüsselbox. Wir kommen wieder.

    Estancia desagradable

    La ubicación era genial

    La experiencia en cuanto a la limpieza y el descanso dejó bastante que desear. El apartamento no estaba todo lo limpio que cabría esperar, algo especialmente decepcionante después de pasar allí una semana. Por otro lado, las almohadas eran prácticamente cojines de sofá, muy incómodos y nada adecuados para dormir. El colchón también era realmente malo, con una calidad que, en mi opinión, no está a la altura de un apartamento vacacional. En definitiva, la limpieza y, sobre todo, la calidad de la cama y las almohadas deberían mejorar considerablemente. El descanso durante la estancia fue bastante desagradable.

    Excelente espacio y una super terraza con viatas al mar. Un solarium donde poder observar la puesta de Sol que en El Cotillo es espectacular.

    Komplett ausgestattete saubere, sonnige und ruhige Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand auf 2 Etagen

    Moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Sichtgeschützter Balkon mit Abendsonne, toll! Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge direkt auf der Dachterrasse. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe via Box und WhatsApp. Parken vor der Tür oder Tiefgarage. Nachts sehr ruhig, Schlafen mit offener Balkontür möglich. Wir kommen wieder.

    Fabulous location. The apartment needs some love.

    Location is excellent. Good appliances throughout. Roof top terrace is great. Pool is very good. Communal spaces are clean & well maintained. Communication with the agency was timely & very good.

    The whole place needs properly cleaned. The towels, tea towels & bed linen were awful; mis matched, old, holed & hard. Mattress (2 individual mattresses on a double base) is poor. Too thin & bigger than the base. Pillows are lumpy & very uncomfortable. Outside furnishings are tired and need replaced. There are no english language channels on the TV’s. Internet/wi-fi speed & coverage poor. Lack of information in the property eg Internet password, dealing with refuse, local recommendations
