    Need some improvement in the details

    The flat was cleaned and it’s very suitable for a long family stay

    There was no elevator in the building, the helper didn’t offer to support with our luggage in the check-in and I carried all the luggage to the fourth floor alone with my two kids. In the checkout I got a call requesting me to checkout ASAP as there’s new guest is coming and this was at 10 am and I suppose to checkout by 12pm.
