Love the hotel and staff - highly recommend it - but note location is very busy with tourists.
The hotel is beautifully designed with taste and class. First rate. The staff, one of the best. Highly attentive and helpful. Food and preparation for breakfast was first rate. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
There is nothing you can do about the location - but I found it too busy -that is the only thing I would have changed. Too many tourist because it is located at the Trevi Fountain. But once you are in side - it's heaven!

Ein kleines Juwel mit herausragendem Service
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich. Das gesamte Personal begegnete uns mit großer Herzlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit. Beim Betreten und Verlassen des Hotels wurden wir stets freundlich begrüßt, und bei jedem Anliegen wurde uns Hilfe angeboten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den ausgesprochen aufmerksamen Zimmerservice. Morgens wurde das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt, und jeden Abend wurde es liebevoll für die Nacht vorbereitet. Es sind gerade die vielen kleinen Details, mit denen sich dieses Hotel von anderen abhebt: Die Minibar mit erlesenen Knabbereien wird täglich kostenfrei aufgefüllt, und eine Espressomaschine steht auf dem Zimmer bereit. Das Frühstück à la carte war ein echtes Highlight. Vorab wurden kleine Aufmerksamkeiten serviert, und darüber hinaus blieb kein Wunsch offen. Die Zugehörigkeit zu den „Small Luxury Hotels of the World“ trägt dieses Haus völlig zu Recht. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
