    A comfortable, well-located apartment that was a great base for exploring Melbourne, but the limited kitchen essentials

    Great location on Acland Street, making it a convenient base for exploring St Kilda, the foreshore and surrounding Melbourne attractions. The apartment was comfortable and suited our short stay.

    The kitchen was kind of poorly equipped, with only one wine glass and one fork available. Even for a short stay, having basic kitchenware for two guests should be standard.

    I noticed the window (bathroom didn't lock on either setting) I was travelling alone, was in the far room at the back. I didn't feel secure with location, surroundings, locks on doors and window. I left - I didn't use the bed at all It was a very unpleasant experience, I spent my 1.5 hrs there trying to find a safer alternative. I wanted to make contact to see if I could negotiate any refund as I didn't use the facility. I was so busy finding an alternative and meeting my committments. Is there anything I can do about this now?

    The location was excellent and right in amongst the night-life and restaurants of St Kilda and a stones throw from the beach.

    The room location that was allocated, unfortunately, it was situated right on the street front, which made it difficult to block out any of the noise coming from the main street with people driving cars past or even people walking around
