    Be Careful

    Nothing.

    When I arrived, they replaced my room with a windowless one, and they said it's an upgrade- seriously?!! The cleaning is so bad; the floor is always dirty even after housekeeping finishes. Many things are missing, like handwashing soap, and the TV is not working. Also, I don't understand how this is categorized here as a hotel!! It's a restored building. Also, many of the attached pictures don't match the actual place.

    It’s such a beautiful property with great people and such good value for what you receive. I wil be back!

    Exceptional front desk staff especially Sai. Location is a walk away from everything. Beds are soo comfy. Information provided was detailed. Staff are genuinely happy.

    Sadly no hand soap in Loo. Already knew that. Few long hairs in bathroom from previous guest. Left my umbrella on one of the seats as we were leaving.

    The staff was very kind and attentive. We were provided with a map and some very useful tipps to explore the island. Thank you Zain. Overall the room was very clean and the location is great to easily reach the main points in the island.

    Good stay in Penang

    Good price to value. Hotel staff are all very nice and helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this hotel for 2 days

    Nothing much. Maybe there’s no breakfast available (when I am too lazy to go out and grab some food)
