Nice but some shortcomings.
Property was a very short walk from the train station and a short walk from the core old town area. Ideal for two people in their mid to late 70’s. Elevator to our fourth floor room was very helpful. Management sent very good instructions for entry. Room was a decent size for two people and the bathroom was large for Europe. No AC but windows open to let in fresh air. Bed was comfortable and bedding was good.
Some noise from coming and going trains when window was open. Hot water ran out before second shower was finished. Apartment bedroom floor and chair had crumbs left on them. Bathroom was clean. Entry door knob was loose and needed to be fixed and entry light was burned out.

Lo sconsiglio ha un rapporto qualità prezzo scadente.
La camera è ristrutturata di recente.
Non mi è piaciuta la posizione vista ferrovia. Lo stabile è vecchio. Il balconcino spacciato come un plus guarda sui binari. Non mi è piaciuta la rumorosità dei treni. La pulizia era approssimativa, addirittura la stanza era sporca al mio arrivo. Il rubinetto del lavabo è traballante. Il Kit bagno è risicatissimo solo delle bustine di bagnoshampoo e una saponetta. Non vi era asciugacapelli, non vi erano ciabatte, la spraelevazione del pavimento del bagno posiziona il lavabo troppo in basso. La lampadina centrale del bagno è fulminata. L'angolo caffe non ha lo zucchero e i cucchiaini. Non mi è piaciuto, in generale, la scarsa attenzione nei dettagli e la sproporzione tra prezzo e qualità . Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è scadente. La stanza è paragonabile ad un hotel 2 stelle. Un prezzo così alto dovrebbe comprendere molta più attenzione all'ospite.
