    Great property, but a few details let it down

    Great location and a fantastic-sized property with plenty of space and excellent facilities. We especially loved the outdoor area with the fireplace and hot tub — it was a great place to relax and one of the highlights of the stay.

    Unfortunately, the kitchen cleanliness was below what we expected for a property of this standard. Some utensils, pots and pans hadn’t been cleaned properly, and we had to rewash everything, and a number of surfaces could have been wiped down more thoroughly. The pillows were also disappointing. They were very thin and felt quite cheap, which really let down an otherwise comfortable bed and overall sleeping experience.

    We will be back! (With our own pillows).

    The fit out. Thoughtfully designed. Hot tub was pre-heated for our arrival. Wood fireplaces were bliss. Separate kids play/TV loft was a bonus. Would love to return!

    The pillows. Thin and lumpy. For premium accommodation these missed the mark by a long shot. No sport channels so missed the rugby.
