City was great but apartment really no enjoyable place.
Large apartment close to the beach with private parking.
The apartment is in a very bad condition and several items are broke or dirty. The worst are the bathrooms which smell very bad and have mold even visible. Not really surprising as water is running out of the sink and toilets and elsewhere. Ventilation is loud but not effective. Lights and paper holders were never installed. The slatted frame of the bed is broke so you need to like sleeping like a banana. Wifi only works in half of the apartment. Other peoples‘ socks (and dirt) under the couch. All of this was reported, someone came but nothing was really fixed. Instead we were offered to leave at full compensation. Owner seems to be very aware but without ambition to change anything.
