    The location is perfect, right next to the river, with a train station very close. There are a couple of very good and affordable places to eat on the block (a vegan cafe Veg Out was breakfast every day). The apartment was huge, with a washer and dryer.

    The only things that would make this place better would be black-out curtains, but we found we slept fine with just the shades closed.

    Great value house in good location.

    Location for walking along the river,streams,backstreets.to restaurants and the station. Comfortable for the 5 of us.

    Our Kyoto home away from home…

    Spacious, charming and comfortable apartment, close to subway station, Kyoto station, restaurants and convenience stores. Accommodating host, allowed early check-in, and was easy to communicate with, responding instantly.
