    Everything. The location, despite being located few minutes from gran via, it was quiet. We were able to walk everywhere and explore Madrid Centro. We also loved the size of the apartment, it was very spacious and beautiful. It was very clean and all the beds were comfortable. Ignacio was the perfect host, so helpful and friendly. My family and me absolutely loved it; don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it

    Big apartment and great if you want to be in the thick of it - but location is not for everyone

    There are 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom which was great. The apartment is really huge and is well equipped. The host was helpful. The location is excellent in some ways, particularity if you want to be in such a central location as it’s located on a side-street right off grand via and the apartment has a small supermarket right beneath.

    The building complex really doesn’t want foreign visitors, there is lots of signage about Spanish laws prohibiting tourist rentals posted around the building. The wooden floor is seriously squeaky which means you’ll hear anyone walking around. Despite the location being very central, the disadvantages are that the street is a bit ‘seedy’ and a has nightlife nearby which means it can be a bit noisy at night.

    Fantástico!!!!

    El departamento comodisimo y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en tu casa, la ubicación excelente muy cerca de todo y el anfitrión siempre dispuesto ante cualquier consulta. Volvería sin dudarlo!!!!!

    El piso de madera un poco ruidoso, pero es nada frente a la propiedad que es inmejorable
