The property's reception opening hours are from 08:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving after 20:00 are requested to inform the property. The property cannot accept guests under 18 or over 35 years old. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a credit card. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that our reception is closed on 24th December, 25th December, 26th December, 31st December and 1st January. You will not be able to check in or out on those dates. Payments for all reservations made between 28th December and 2nd January will be taken on 1st December and are nonrefundable. If the credit card is invalid or insufficient funds, you have 72 hours to update your details; otherwise, your booking will be canceled. Please note that a valid passport is required at check-in. A copy of a passport will not be accepted. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all guests will be in the same room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
