    Good value, great experience!

    The accommodation was spotless and comfy. Bed was huge, facilities were clean and cleaned everyday, and the staff were always super friendly and approachable. The hostel is chill and affordable, other guests were kind and sociable too. Food nights in the kitchen/roof terrace were a superb experience as well, will definitely recommend!

    Nothing really, it was my first time staying in a backpackers hostel and honestly it's been a great experience.

    The staff were generally friendly and the vibes were good. The services were adequate. I had to check out early and received a refund for the remainder of my booked time, which I did not expect.

    The first night I was there i was woken up and first asked if I had paid for the bed. After I confirmed I had, I was told that I couldn't use my sleeping bag as a duvet due to company policy. I was provided with some additional blankets. I looked through the terms and conditions and couldn't find any reference to not being able to use my own bedding. If there was something, I wouldn't have brought my sleeping bag. I also asked another staff member about it the following morning and they weren't aware of such a rule. If that is a rule I would recommend updating the terms and conditions to include this or add more clarity. There was also a leak right above the toilet in the second floor bathroom, so it would drip on you while using the toilet.

    El personal es siempre muy amable y amistoso, dispuesto a ayudarte siempre, mi cama siempre fue cómoda. Y esa amabilidad se contagia hacia los huespedes.

    Que los huéspedes antiguos no faciliten espacios para guardar mis maletas

    La ubicación cerca a Aldi facilita el ahorro, la amabilidad y buena disposición del personal es contagiosa hacia los huéspedes, entonces se genera un ambiente muy cómodo y seguro para todos.
