Very good stay. We loved the view. We would recommend this apartment to others.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.
I would have liked to have facial tissues (Kleenex) and body lotion. Also, access to American speaking languages, specifically the Tennis channel.

Insgesamt zeitraubend, Nerven belastend, mühsam. Tipp: Vernazza immer ohne Auto, nie im Juli/August, maximal eine Na
Wir haben die Note 1 gewählt, obwohl wir nie im Mada Apartments angekommen sind. Die Vermieterin schickt dir unzählige Mails, sobald du gebucht hast. Mach das, tu das, klicke hier, klicke da, dann funktioniert der Link über Tage nicht und man erhält keine Antwort mehr.
Hast du gebucht, musst du sofort alles bezahlen. Hast du bezahlt, dann werden Taxen einkassiert und du kannst einen Parkplatz ausserhalb Vernazza reservieren. Kaum ist dies geschehen, kriegst du ein langes Mail in Grossbuchstaben, wo alles aufgelistet wird, was im Haus "forbidden" ist. Zusätzlich wirst du mit einem Shuttle vom Parkplatz nach Vernazza gebracht. Von dort geht es mit Gepäck und mit einem FILM weiter, der dir zeigen soll, wie du das Mada findest. 5-10 Minuten Weg mit Gepäck, vielleicht auch noch mit Stufen..... Kein Eintritt ohne Tür Code, der dir mit einem weiteren Mail übermittelt wird. Fazit: Mühsame komplizierte Buchung, unzählige Mails und Links, alles digital, ob Buchung, Bezahlung, Registrierung oder Kurtaxe, ein grosses "Forbidden" Mail kurz vor der Ankunft, ebenfalls Film wie man zum Haus findet und schlussendlich, wenn du kurz vor der Ankunft wegen einem Unfall absagen musst, gibt es ebenso viele Mails und keine Rückerstattung (wie die Hausreinigung, die nicht benötigt wurde). Aufwand versus Ferienvergnügen frustrierend.
