    Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación, está apartado de la zona turística y además la entrada del hotel está en un callejón que da un poquito de respeto si es de noche.

    Excelente servicio, instalaciones nuevas

    Hotel super limpio con instalaciones nuevas. El personal es súper agadable y es el mejor desayuno de hotel que hemos tenido en nuestro viaje. Recomiendo mucho quedarse aquí.

    Aunque el hotel está muy cerca del centro, Puno no es una ciudad muy bonita.
