Great location but room standards can vary
I have stayed here twice before and really rate the location. Very handy for Milano Centrale and under 30 mins to walk into the centre of Milan around the Duomo. The check-in information is very smooth with a door code to enter from the street, get into whichever floor your room is on, and then the room itself. It can be confusing that the second floor doesn't specify M2M except on the doormat however. Flavia and her team were also hugely helpful and my room was ready early afternoon before the usual check-in time, which was much appreciated. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area along with various shops and a really lovely park. The rooms also come with plenty of amenities in the bathroom, along with coffee/tea/water. The blackout shutters are a godsend too.
I think I lucked out with newer/refreshed rooms on my previous stays - this room on the 2nd floor was not dirty but just a lot more rundown and looked grubby by comparison, especially on the fixtures and shower. The noise also seemed more obvious and I would highly recommend bringing silicone earplugs to try and block out not just the street noise from that from elsewhere in the building. I didn't get breakfast provided this time, although I wasn't looking for it so made no difference to my visit. I also am not keen on being asked to email a picture of my passport along with credit card details when there is an online check-in platform, so I didn't send the details.
