    Misleading

    Central. Water on the table and bottle of wine. And a traditional cake. Convenient to the hotel

    Noisy. Building going on next door. Noisy in the morning round 7.30 till 7.30 at night. Air con didnt work. No coffee in the room and i didn't know which cartridges to buy. Fridge not working either despite telling the staff no one checked. Body lotion in bathroom had a terrible smell like it was there for ages and gone off.

    Location was great

    There was construction both in the front and back of the building. Noise started early and a lot of dust as well

    Boutique with a lovely view of the park. Nicely laid out and spacious. Location superb in central Funchal. Air conditioned and reasonable WiFi. Staff were super helpful.

    Sadly, there is significant building work right next door to the apartment with a huge crane outside the apartment. This should be advised and a discount offered at this point. Once building work is complete I’d give it 10/10 every time. Also the bed is really really firm and I found it difficult to sleep in.

    Appartement super bien placé, confortable mais bémol sur les travaux d envergure

    Emplacement central dans centre historique de Funchal et proche de la marina Appartement plutôt spacieux : 2 chambres, 2 sdb, 2 wc

    Les travaux de construction qui touchent l appartement sont très significatifs et vont durer très longtemps : ensemble du bâtiment est tombé et en cours de construction, les ouvriers travaillent du lundi au samedi de 8h à 18h30 non stop avec perceuse, marteau, etc… avec presque accès à la terrasse (au moins en visu). Point vraiment pas cool du séjour
