De locatie is heel goed. Het appartement ligt in het centrum van Funchal. Aan de overkant van de straat heb je zelfs meteen een grote supermarkt. Het centrum heeft ook heel veel restaurants, bars, shoppingcentra ... De zee is op een vijftal minuutjes wandelen. De grootte van het appartement is zeker goed. De keuken is goed uitgerust, je vindt er alles in terug. Er is ook airco aanwezig, wat heel handig is. Er is ook een balkon waar het gezellig zitten is en waar je de was kan laten drogen. Er is ook een parking (inbegrepen in de prijs) voorzien vlak in de buurt die je kan gebruiken.
Hoewel het appartement op het 3de verdiep gelegen is, hoor je toch redelijk wat straatlawaai. De kwaliteit van het enkel bed viel tegen.

Apartament godny polecenia
Wyposażenie mieszkania, bardzo dobry i funkcjonalny układ pomieszczeń i wystrój. Dobra lokalizacja, bliskość dużego supermarketu. Parking podziemny w cenie niedaleko apartamentu. Dostępna winda co nie wszędzie jest oczywiste.
Jedynym minusem były hałasy za oknem szczególnie wieczorem (imprezy w sąsiednim hotelu)i czasem również w nocy (śmieciarki).

Už od vchodu do domu smrad plísně
možnost parkování je fajn
nefunkční klima, zasunovací ok a co nejdou zamknout a je to jako když máte pořád otevřené okno. Hluk z baru. U domu a jeho okolí hodně bezdomovců. Nejsou moc přátelští.
