    Super séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé.

    Roy a été très efficace. Nous saluons l’accueil du personnel. Ils sont très accueillants et gentils. Nous avons réservé les activités par leur intermédiaire et c’était parfait.

    Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the excellent location and the owner’s helpful and welcoming attitude. However,

    The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The owner is warm, friendly, and always willing to help. She speaks both English and French, which makes communication much easier, and is readily available on WhatsApp. She also helped us arrange our trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which we really appreciated.

    The main area for improvement is housekeeping. Room cleanliness could be better, and basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and coffee should be replenished more regularly. During our week-long stay, some items were missing. When I contacted the owner once about this, she responded promptly.

    Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable, l'hôtel est très propre et calme. Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs toute la journée en attendant d'avoir notre train qui était tard le soir... Je recommande
