The overwater villa view and swing are nice, and the room is beautifully designed and decorated.
The whole island feels quite low-end. The main restaurant feels more like a large cafeteria or casual food court, and the food quality is inconsistent. It definitely doesn’t feel luxurious. The seafood at the BBQ restaurant was not fresh either. At first, I felt they deliberately undercooked it to hide the lack of freshness. When I later asked for the seafood to be fully cooked, the prawns had a powdery, mushy texture, which was very unpleasant. The main beach can hardly be called a proper beach. The sand is very coarse and mixed with lots of broken shells and pieces of coral, making it uncomfortable to walk on. Most surprisingly, this is the first resort island I’ve ever stayed at where guests are actually charged to use bicycles.

The overwater villa view and swing are nice, and the room itself is beautifully designed and decorated. You can also enjoy the ocean view while relaxing in the bathtub. By the way the arrival and departure services were quite good.
The whole island feels quite low-end. The main restaurant feels more like a large cafeteria or a casual food court than a restaurant at a luxury resort, and the food quality is very inconsistent. Overall, it simply doesn’t feel luxurious. The seafood at the BBQ restaurant did not seem fresh either. At first, it felt like they deliberately undercooked it to hide the lack of freshness. When I later asked for the seafood to be fully cooked, the prawns had a powdery, mushy texture, which made the freshness even more questionable. The main beach can hardly be called a proper beach. The sand is very coarse and mixed with lots of broken shells and pieces of coral, making it uncomfortable to walk on. What surprised me most is that this is the first resort island I’ve ever stayed at where guests are charged to use bicycles. The service at the main restaurant was also disappointing. Many of the staff seemed to completely ignore the guests. Even when we were clearly trying to order drinks, they would walk right past our table without even looking at us or checking whether we needed anything.

Where to start? This island is truly like heaven. Everything about it is charming, from the beautiful lagoon and sea to the facilities, food, service, and most importantly, the people. The service was top-tier from start to finish. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, our room was spacious with an amazing view, and the logistics and scheduling were perfectly organized 10/10. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end, and I would definitely visit again.
