    Worst experience ever! No running water! Filthy! Appalling service

    The property was dirty and smelt unclean. There were rat droppings on top of the microwave. The bathroom was dirty and had mould around the bath and shower.

    There was no water when we checked in. We contacted the owner who was aware there was no water at the property, failed to report this. Then once we contacted her she advised a water truck was coming after 1.5 hours after we checked in at 3pm. 3 hours after waiting the owner continued to say water truck was coming and there had been a delay. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour. The property should not be allowed to be advertised on booking.com. Not having running water makes a property uninhabitable. For the price we paid to stay at this property and what we arrived to see and experience was appalling.

    Great Hunter Valley get away

    Great cottage with wide open spaces and privacy. Easy to drive up to and park. Peaceful and had everything you needed.

    Central location. Perfect for our dog - lots of outdoor space for him. Comfortable.

    Loved the winery and the large open outlook and proximity to all the Hunter has to offer.

    Very small and maybe could do with a lick of paint.
