    2 star hotel at 4 star price, I would not stay here again.

    Location was good

    We booked 4 rooms for a family vacation, 3 of the 4 were very small, we had no place to put luggage. The beds were very uncomfortable, no ventilation in the bathrooms, there is a fan that does not vent outside so the bathroom floor was wet continuously. We were given 2 very warn, skimpy towels for our entire stay. There is no onsite staff so you cannot request new towels or toilet paper. The hotel is extremely loud from street and pub noise, they provide earplugs on the nightstand so I guess other guests have complained. I’m so glad we only had two nights at this hotel, it is like staying at a hostel but you’re paying $250. A night.

    Hidden gem in the heart of Galway City

    Very handy location near bus and train stations. Room was comfortable and more spacious than anticipated. Good hot shower and comfortable bed.

    Palazzo con entrata nascosta in una via interna piena di spazzatura, portone d’ingresso mezzo rotto (abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’assistenza la sera quando siamo rientrati)
