    Before our stay, we were a little worried because of previous reviews. However, after spending 8 wonderful days here, we had a truly enjoyable experience. One of my favorite features of the house was the wood floor. It created such a warm, relaxing, and cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was good enough. it was close to the high standard of cleanliness we've experienced in Japanese vacation rentals. We came from Taiwan, and we really loved the peaceful atmosphere of the Madison neighborhood. It felt very special to us. Grocery stores were conveniently nearby, the kitchen was very useful during our stay, and driving to downtown was easy and didn't take too long. We asked the host some questions and they replied fast. Thank you to the host for providing such a pleasant place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here. One small note for future guests: if you prefer a firmer bed, please be aware that the mattress is on the softer side.

    Not worth it

    Comfortable bed, had toiletries which was nice, for having a kitchen I’d wish they would have had cooking oil.

    Floors dirty, pest issues, wall paper peeling, heater didn’t work in one room, host unresponsive to resolving the issues which is very unfortunate.
