    Comfortable and convenient. Excellent communication with staff.

    Location was ideal. Quiet despite being in the middle of Old Town.

    Pictures on booking.com don’t show what individual rooms might look like.

    Ein ganz besonderer Ort!

    Eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft in besonderen Räumlichkeiten. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral am wunderschönen Alten Hafen von Chania gelegen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Anfragen wurden von der Vermietung zeitnah bearbeitet. Toller Service!

    Chania was a beautiful town, with lots to do. Restaurants were amazing.

    The actual room was as described. It was large and comfortable.

    Our property wasn’t in the pictures shown to us on the booking.com website. It was 50 yards away and nowhere near as nice as the one shown. The room was quite dark with no natural light if you wanted privacy. Jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned for the length of our stay, there were no robes or iPad as described, on the website. The exterior of the property wasn’t very nice, there wasn’t anywhere really to sit outside. It was also covered in graffiti. Was a real shame that the property isn’t in the setting that the pictures show.

    Perfect for exploring the old town

    The location was perfect for exploring the old town of Chania - everything was within walking distance. The room was comfortable and new. Would stay again.

    Our original room was located in the annex building of the hotel. It was a bit too noisy for us but the host graciously accommodated our request to move room in the nearby building.
