Great stay.
Wonderful location, very clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive, especially Marco. Marco always answered any questions immediately, was super friendly, met us promptly when we arrived, checked everything was fine in the apartment for us, and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants,

Exceeded our expectations!
Large Apartment in the perfect location of Florence! You can reach everything by foot and when coming back in the evening a totally clean and comfortable home is awaiting you. The decor and furnishing is really good and the place is well equipped with even a coffee machine! During our short trip it really made us feel living in Florence as its normal. If coming back to Florence one day we definitely would choose that place again!

Good
Comfortable and in a very good location. Close enough to walk to all main attractions. Buses very close if you need. Also, some fantastic local bars and restaurants within east walking distance. The apartment facilities were good, clean.
The smell of the sewerage coming back up the pipes into the apartment. This is now a known problem, so I would recommend checking with the host before arriving to see if the smell is still there. It can get overpowering if you shut the apartment up (windows / doors, etc). We would have walked out and stayed somewhere else if we could have found suitable accommodation for the rest of our time in Florence (we couldn't) and if we were guaranteed to get some money back from the host of we left (none offered). We managed smell.by leaving the windows open, which then allowed noise from bars, streets, and pedestrians in so.... As a way of appessing our troubles at the apartment, the host did kindly pay us to have dinner at a restaurant in Florence. Access to use cleaning products and equipment (even a broom and dustpan.or a mop) would be good. Also, I thought having to buy more
