  Appartement très bien équipé.

  Attention: il y'a des fourmis dans le batiment et dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire ne nous a jamais avisé d'avance. Le batiment est mal entretenu. Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit offert par le propriétaire, comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Le parking dans le voisinage est possible mais vue la densité, j'ai pu trouver mais avec difficulté. Le dépôt de sécurité imposé est une très mauvaise idée. Il a coûté cher à cause des commissions retenues par PayPal et non assumées par le propriétaire.

  Disappointingly managed and not clean - see photos

  The location was good.

  The first impression of this apartment was extremely disappointing. After travelling and looking forward to the start of our holiday, we arrived to find an apartment that had clearly not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. We found stale food left in the fridge, empty beer bottles and rubbish from previous guests, towels with what appeared to be blood stains, insects inside the apartment, and ants crawling around the bedroom and on the shower walls. It was upsetting to begin our holiday by having to deal with basic cleanliness issues instead of being able to unpack, relax and enjoy our first evening. To the host’s credit, when we reported the problems she apologised, explained that the cleaner was new, and personally came the following day to clean the apartment. I appreciate that mistakes can happen. However, if a new cleaner is being used, it is even more important that the property is checked before guests arrive. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Although the apartment was better after it had been cleaned, the damage to our first impression had already been done. The first evening and first night of our holiday were spent in accommodation that was not in the condition we had paid for, and that lost time could not be recovered. The remainder of our stay was ok, and I appreciate the host’s efforts to resolve the issues once they were reported. However, accommodation should be clean and ready from the moment guests arrive, not the following day. I hope this experience encourages better quality checks in future, particularly when new housekeeping staff
