    The townhouse has several room. One bedroom, bathroom, small living room and small kitchen on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. One bedroom on the third floor. Bedrooms were good sized.

    When attempting to shower at night, discovered there was no hot water. Checked directions for the property to make sure those were followed. Emailed and called property manager; no answer/response. Found another number for a service/operator, and advised of the issue. They said someone would be in contact with us. No one contacted us that night or after. I email the property and requested a partial refund for the inconvenience. I waited for a month to post the review to see if they would respond to the request. No one ever responded.
