  Great sadness as the fantasy of residing in a real palace is the dream of all young & old girls!!!!

  WHAT DID WE NOT LIKE?? The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and we had to purchase our own toilet paper and facial tissues. Inadequate amount of body cream, shampoo, conditioner and soap for our stay, The hair blower was literally a duck that had to be at least 30 years old. The weigh scale was extremely old and rusted and we did not touch it. The young woman who was to work two hours per day was in and out in 15 minutes, if that & she never came at any of the designated times that were mutually agreed upon. We washed and dried all of our glasses and dishes every morning. Kitchen pots and pans very old and did not appear to be clean nor safe to use. Had anticipated eating some pleasant meals in the lovely dining room; but that did not happen--gravely disappointing. Disgusting and deplorable kitchen pots and pans, The bed linen in both the master and the second bedroom were not changed during our entire six-day stay; and completely unacceptable, We were never given any new fresh bathroom towels during our stay, and used the same ones over-and-over-again and not clean and fluffy but hard and grey looking. Another very odd situation occurred upon arrival at the agreed upon arrival time wherein my daughter entered the property's courtyard and spoke to a lady who told her that it was the incorrect address and that that particular apartment was not available., My daughter provided a copy of our confirmation. A phone call was made confirming reservation with the key man who arrived shortly thereafter with keys. It should also be duly noted that I paid approximately $1,500.00 in Canadian dollars in the event any damage was sustained as a surety and the said monies were to be reimbursed to my credit card as there was no damage sustained. My credit card has not been credited. Some $7,200.00 Canadian for six nights and/or $1,200.00 Can. per night. GROSSLY OVERPRICED & GRAVELY DISAPPOINTING & GRAVELY...

  Ratifying all of the serious problems that we incurred while staying at what we thought was to be an extraordinary stay at Maggio Palace by Vaca Villa commencing on September 29 to October 4, 2025. This was to be the highlight of our extended holiday in Italy. I anticipated that I had saved the very best for last. The Palace was to be the crown jewel of our stay in magnificent Florence, Instead of diamonds we got coal at what was to be the crowning glory of our stay at the luxurious and regal Maggio Palace,

  Beautiful Florence

  It was in a great location. Easy to get around! It was beautiful. AC was good in the middle of the place. Very helpful host. It was great having a washer.

  The shower was in the bathtub, hard to get in! A lot of rooms blocked off, it made it hard to find your way around. The Ac did not work well in the master bedroom.
