Disappointment
Nothing of substance
In my opinion the property is “tired looking” and mostly suited for families with kids. I arrived at 3:30 pm and was told my room was not ready, even though check in was supposed to be at 3 pm. Was told to wait for 20 minutes and check back. There isn’t a waiting area in there lobby and the outside area was packed with people. We waited in our car. Went back in half an hour and checked on our room and it still wasn’t available. Asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not in and would be available the next day. Went back to the vehicle and waited another 20 minutes and finally our room was available. When I checked out the following morning I asked for the manager and was told that he was not available at that time. I left my information with the individual to have the manager call me and never heard back from him.

Fabulous service, amazing caring staff, great location
Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of little touches like free self serve ice cream, sodas and coffees. Great location for all Hollywood attractions, just a few minutes walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame. Very large spacious rooms
Property itself is a little dated and is ready for a spruce-up. But this is more than outweighed by the service and extra touches.
