dissapointing and poor comunication with the owner

We initially chose this property due to its proximity to the beach and restaurants. Fortunately we did not stay any night because the place was not cleaned before our arrival and the owner agreed to cancel and refund.

We were very dissapointed when we arrived because the place was very dirty, the ground floor smelled like mold and only the bed sheets were changed. The floor was dirty, the bathrooms and the fridge were not cleaned, everything looked like in the pictures but dirty. Initially, the owner didn’t belived us when we complained about it, only after we video called him he agreed to send someone the next day to clean only the shower, as he was still convinced that the cleaning service was performed before our arrival. On top of that the room at the second floor has no door.

The terrace, closeness to the beach.

The room on the 2nd level has no door. Also the neighborhood is noisy, as there are similar apartments around.
