  Fantastic. Would recommend and would return.

  It was perfectly located, clean and had great amenities. The staff were wonderful contacting me in the lead up to our stay to ensure they were ready to accept us. Would definitely return.

  If you prefer a quiet evening the square is can get lively and until the early hours at the weekend. This was no by no means an issue for us but something to consider.

  Gianna the host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, and greeting us at the property. The property itself was in a beautiful location and was clean and nice.

  Fabulous Stay and Incredible Location

  his apartment was fantastic. It overlooks the Piazza Signoria and the views are just fabulous. There was a concert one night and I was able to listen and watch from the window after cooking a late dinner for myself. There is the holy grail - washing machine in the apartment, a good bathroom, decent bedroom and the lounge/dining area is great. The kitchenette is small but serviceable. There is a working lift, but the stairs are manageable (without luggage). Location, location, location.

  Could be a great apartment with a little TLC

  The lady that greeted us was very helpful and waited for us when our train was late. The views from the room and the position of the apartment were excellent. There were plenty of kitchen equipment available and we loved the fact that the property had a lift, seeing that the accommodation was on the fourth floor. The local water company cut off the water for a day and our hosts came over and provided bottled water. We were unable to have showers, so had to just wash with water that we had heated in saucepans on the stove. We totally understand that the hosts were not responsible for this, however they did offer compensation, which has not been received.

  The shower had two heads, what should have been a rainfall shower was broken and unusable, the hand held head was working at very low pressure but had no wall mount so we could only shower by physically holding the head. The kitchen really needs a deep clean and peeling door fronts replacing. There was very little space so food prep had to be done on the dining room table. The bed was very uncomfortable with a large dip in the middle. The curtains let in too much light because the are unlined.
