Overall good experience, nice beach front location, good amenities; unfortunately I need to emphasize the negative point

Positioning close to the beach. Good amenities

Sewer was smelling all the time at the bathroom. Considering the construction year, this shouldn’t happen. Something must be done to desinfect the pipes. From top to bottom floor. Cheap soap/shampoo; saving is this department is not sought after when having such a business.
