    Wunderschöne Anlage mitten im Dschungel. Wir haben sogar Nasenbären gesehen.

    Wir waren in der Nebensaison da. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

    Disappointing Experience – Hotel Closed Without Notice

    We booked and confirmed our stay at Magic Xcacel Tulum over six months in advance, only to arrive and find the hotel closed for two weeks with no prior warning. The owner offered no apology, explanation, or assistance—just a blunt refusal to honor our reservation. We were left stranded on a remote, poorly maintained road with no internet or phone signal, and two children in tow. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Booking.com should ensure properties like this are held accountable for such unreliable and disrespectful treatment of guests. Avoid this place unless you want to risk being abandoned without recourse.

    Cadre idyllique au cœur de la jungle, tout en étant à proximité de la mer, dans un environnement calme et paisible, parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. La propriétaire est très attentionnée et toujours au service de ses clients.

    Le seul petit point négatif, selon moi, est l'absence d'un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre, qui permettrait de garder de l'eau bien fraîche.

    Cadre était magnifique, dans la nature, c'était paisible et reposant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit très confortable. Esther nous a accueilli tardivement, c'est une personne très gentille et agréable.

    Le seul point négatif est la chaleur dans la chambre, qui ne dispose pas de climatisation mais seulement de simples ventilateurs
