    A beautiful home in the heart of Ortigia and a great landing pad for exploring.

    Spacious, clean, and in a great location for accessing everywhere in Ortigia! Host replied quickly to any queries and was incredibly gracious when our flight home got cancelled, allowing us to have continued access to the property after checkout time while we made new arrangements.

    Mains water is incredibly salty but this was to be expected so not a huge deal. Rubbish collection rules were also a little confusing but this was resolved quickly.

    The location was the only good thing about the apartment and that it was air-conditioned.

    There was no warm water in the apartment after 2 days, we had to take shower in cold water which was hardly coming as well. We are a family of five, and in the apartment we had 3 knives and 3 forks to eat with, no knife for cutting bread. Once it used to be a nice apartment but now it is in bad condition, in the bathoom the shower is rusty, and disgusting. Anyway there's a penetrating smell in the apartment, the plaster on the walls is peeling off. We just wanted to go home 😪

    Prima volta in Sicilia, nel complesso tutto bene!

    La posizione è fantastica, la casa è veramente curata, nel mobilio e nei complementi d'arredo, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo avuto poca acqua tutto il soggiorno ma è stata sempre gentile a rispondere ai nostri messaggi, anche se credo che debba risolvere anche il problema dell'acqua. Probabilmente se avessi pernottato qualche anno fa quando la casa era stata appena ristrutturata avrei dato il massimo dei voti.

    Non mi è piaciuta per la troppa umidità, purtroppo essendoci solo due finestre che si affacciano in un cortile interno la casa è poco arieggiata, inoltre ha bisogno di una imbiancata o comunque una ristrutturata urgente perché si stacca il bianco dai muri un po' dappertutto, mi dispiace segnalarlo ma una mattina che stavo facendo il caffè il bianco a pezzettini è caduto sul top della cucina e dentro al caffè !

    Nel cuore di Ortigia

    La struttura è in una delle strade più suggestive di Ortigia. L'appartamento è più grande rispetto alle foto e la suddivisione degli spazi lo rende confortevole. Noi non abbiamo mai consumato pasti in casa ma mi è parso che ci fossero tutte le utilità (consiglio cmq di sostituire il phon). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio per brevi soggiorni.

    Purtroppo i noti problemi di umidità e lo spazio abbastanza ridotto del bagno mi impediscono di attribuire un punteggio più alto.
