Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    We loved Manly & the apartment was in a good central location with side street views.

    The property was in a good location. We had what we needed for our stay. Dealing with the owner however was an unnecessary hassle we could have done without.

    The key retrieval from the lock box was awkward. Noisy air conditioning Bathroom in need of a refresh, mouldy sealant. We stayed in a total of 10 different accommodations for our trip and booking.com made it very easy for us to do. Gabriel, the owner of the apartment contacted us through a thread on booking.com and made very ‘over the top’ requests for extra security. I tried ringing him to discuss this but could not get an answer, so messaged him to which I received a very curt reply. As we had paid for our stay in full before arrival we had to comply with his demands which made us feel unhappy, stressed and inconvenienced. We wouldn’t stay here again.
